Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (United States Only):

At Elise Styles, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Currently, we only ship within the United States, including all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • As mentioned, we only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Delays:

  • If there are any delays in your shipment due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, high order volume), we will notify you as soon as possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at support@elisestyles.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
